WHY THIS IS NOT AN AI CLASS
Three sessions have already run at Boulevard.
A pilot with four agents, a two-hour class with four more, and a three-hour hands-on workshop with six agents on September 15 — fourteen agent seats so far. Every session is hands-on: agents run the tools on their own laptops instead of watching a demo. The pilot group asked for more, which is why this program exists.
This program is that pilot, built out into a full curriculum and opened to the whole office.

“I did enjoy the class. The most useful thing I got was how to create a skill which will help me with staying/getting organized. I created schedules for my current listings to then create a weekly market report for my sellers.
I would tell someone who does not have a transaction coordinator as Claude can perform some of the same things as a TC would do. Saves you some time!”

No cost to you
See what it does before you spend anything. A 60–75 minute group class, held monthly in the office and open to every Boulevard agent. What AI can and can’t do for your business, where the data line is, and a live look at the tools — the easiest way to work out which level fits.

Setup & Implementation
$1,095 / agent
“Just get me set up and show me how to use it.” Done for you, not taught to you. Your stack configured before we sit down, a 90-minute working session on your machine, three workflows built from your own live files, and a quick-reference sheet written around what you actually built. Two weeks of email support after.

Group Workshop
$550 / seat
A fast, hands-on start alongside your colleagues. Three hours, 6–12 agents, in the Boulevard office. One focused topic — transaction management is the recommended place to start. You practice on sample transaction files we provide — no client data — and leave with prompts you can use on your own deals.

The Series

Beginner to running it daily without help. Four live sessions, two hours each, one working build per week: your Agent Brain, a Deadline Desk, a Listing Launch Pack, and a weekly Seller Update plus a skill you write yourself. Includes a 30-day check-in after the last session.

$600 / mo – $1,600 / mo
The results without running it yourself. At $600 / mo: your setup maintained, one new workflow built each month, priority support. At $1,600 / mo: that plus listing marketing and social content produced and scheduled. Month to month, no annual commitment.

What to bring
- Your laptop — the one you actually work on
- For group classes, nothing else — sample transaction files are provided
- Your existing Dotloop and MLS logins
What is not included
- Your own AI subscription, roughly $20–30/mo — the class is taught on Claude, but the choice of tool is yours and Boulevard does not endorse any vendor
- What can be connected depends on the access you already have
I will tell you before the session if something you want connected is not going to work with your current access.
DATA AND GUARDRAILS
Where the line is, in writing.
Every session covers this explicitly, so nobody is guessing. You leave with a one-page house-rules sheet for the office.

- Client personal information — regardless of how your setup is configured
Nothing taught in these sessions changes that line. Fair housing review of your advertising stays with Boulevard, and no AI output goes to a client or a co-op agent until a licensee has read and approved it.
