HALF A DAY · CHARLESTON DIGITAL CORRIDOR · 10 SEATS · $895

Half a day. Your real files. A system you’ll actually use Monday.

Bring your own emails, listings, or proposals. You leave four hours later with prompts, a mapped workflow, and a 30-day plan built around your work — not a canned demo. You also leave knowing the one thing most AI training will not tell you: which parts of your week a workshop cannot fix.

KEPT SMALL ON PURPOSE

Your files

NOTHING GENERIC, NOTHING CANNED

Half a day

ONE MORNING, START TO FINISH

Who this workshop is for

Built for Charleston-area small businesses and professionals

What you leave with

You leave holding the thing, not notes about it.

01

A prompt library built from your own writing

Not generic templates. We build it from documents, emails, and files you bring, so the drafts already sound like you.

02

The two tasks eating the most of your week — solved live

You pick, we map them together in the room: proposals, follow-up, reporting, whatever repeats. You leave with the working version, not notes on how to build one later.

03

Your AI Opportunity Score, and what it cannot cover

One page. Every task that repeats in your week, honest hours next to each one, sorted into three piles: fixed today, fixable by you in 30 days, and not fixable without software. Including the total for that third pile — the number nobody selling training wants to say out loud.

Your morning, start to finish

Where the four hours go.

HR 1

Ground rules

What Claude is actually good at — and where it isn’t — for your line of work specifically.

HR 2

Find your voice

Turn a folder of your past documents and notes into reusable prompts, using Claude Cowork pointed at your own files.

HR 3

Build it live

Map two of your real, repeated tasks together — proposals, client follow-up, or reporting — using files you bring.

HR 4

Walk out with a plan

Demo one workflow live. Build your 30-day adoption plan, ranked by time saved per week.

WHAT YOU WALK OUT KNOWING

Your AI Opportunity Score.

In the last hour we stop building and start counting. We list every task that repeats in your week and put honest hours next to each one — the number you would say out loud to a friend, not the number in the job description. Then we sort them into three piles.

Fixed today

Solved in this room, with what you just learned. You leave with it working.

Fix it yourself in 30 days

You can do these without me, and the plan tells you what order to do them in.

Needs software

No amount of training gets these back for you. This pile gets a total.
THIS IS THE HONEST ONE

If that third number is small, you are done — go run your business, and I will tell you so. If it is ten hours a week or more, that is the number the Assessment is built to act on.

Why Lowcountry AI Workshop

Taught by someone who runs a real business on AI, not a consultant who picked it up for a case study

I run Charleston Media Group

A marketing and content agency serving small businesses and real estate pros across the Lowcountry. Every AI workflow I teach, I use to run my own operation first.

I’m also a licensed Realtor

Which is where a lot of these workflows started. If real estate is your world, there’s a dedicated track built around it.

You leave with your content, not templates

The whole session runs on Claude Cowork pointed at your own files — your documents, your voice, not generic examples.

Small, real cohorts

Capped at 10 seats so everyone gets hands-on time. Not a webinar, not a recording.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP

Most people are done here. Some are not.

The honest split, based on what the Score usually shows. There is no obligation, no follow-up sequence, and I am not going to email you about it eleven times.

YOU ARE DONE

Under five hours a week in pile three

The workshop was the whole answer. Go use it. If you want more of the same, the kit is self-serve and costs $99.

YOU NEED SOFTWARE

Ten hours a week or more

That is a software problem training cannot reach. The next step is the Assessment — two weeks, $750, and a written map of what to build.

Straight answers

Before you reserve a seat.

Which cohort is right for me?

Pick the date tagged for your field — Small Business Owners, Realtors, Attorneys, Consultants, or Practice Owners. The four hours are the same structure every time; the examples, files, and workflows we build come from whoever’s in the room that day. If your field isn’t listed yet, join the waitlist and tell us — cohorts get added based on demand.

How do I reserve my seat?

Pick a date from the calendar above and click Reserve. You’ll get a confirmation with everything to bring, including which 2–3 real files (listings, engagement letters, proposals, client templates — whatever fits your work) to have ready.

What’s the refund policy? Full refund up to 7 days before your cohort. Inside 7 days, we’ll move you to the next available date at no charge instead of refunding.
Will I just get a list of prompts, or something I can actually use Monday?

Something you can use. You leave having actually built two of your real workflows in the room, plus a prompt library pulled from your own files — not a printed list of tricks that goes in a drawer.

I already have a marketing person, paralegal, or office manager — is this different?

Yes. This isn’t about replacing the help you already have. It’s about the writing and admin you’re still doing yourself — the stuff that falls in the gap between the tools and people you’ve already got.

Is my client data safe?

Bring de-identified examples or your own notes to the session — we don’t work with real protected data (financial records, health information, privileged legal files) live in the room. If your practice needs a compliant setup for handling that kind of data day-to-day, that’s a separate conversation — flag it and we’ll talk through what that actually requires before you rely on it.

Who’s actually teaching this?

Barry Cunningham — founder of Charleston Media Group, a marketing and content agency for small businesses and real estate professionals across the Lowcountry, and a licensed Realtor himself. This isn’t an outside consultant’s side project; it’s built from running AI inside his own business and his own transactions, every week.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop, and 2–3 real files tied to your work — listings, buyer or client emails, proposals, engagement letters, market or status updates. The session is built on your material, not a demo file.

What if none of these dates or fields work for me?

Join the waitlist — tell us your field and rough timing, and you’ll hear first when a matching cohort is scheduled.

Is this a sales pitch for your build work?

No, and the Score is how you will know. Three of the four hours are spent building things you keep. The Score exists because the honest answer for most attendees is that a workshop was enough, and I would rather say that in the room than pretend otherwise.

What if the Score says I need software and I do not want to hire you?

Then do not. The Score is a one-page tally of your own hours — take it to anyone. It is not a quote and it does not have my name on the recommendations.
