PRICING · TWO TRACKS, FIVE RUNGS

Every price, on one page. Including who should not buy it.

Nobody should buy the top of this list first. Most people belong on one of the first two rungs, and I will tell you if that is you — on a free call, before you spend anything.

THE LADDER

Five rungs. Pick the lowest one that solves your problem.

RungWhat it isWho it is forWhat you getWho it is not forPrice
01 — AI Marketing Kit A self-serve download. No meeting. People who would rather read than sit in a room. Sixteen marketing skills and a Start Here guide. Anyone who wants someone looking at their specific business. $99
02 — AI Workshop Half a day, in person, ten seats. Owners and teams doing the writing and admin themselves. A prompt library from your own files, two workflows built live, a 30-day plan, and your AI Opportunity Score. Teams whose problem is systems not talking to each other. Training will not fix that. $895 per seat
03 — AI Systems Assessment Two weeks, on-site, written up. Anyone considering a build, or trying to work out whether they need one. The AI Opportunity Map: twelve to twenty pages, every workflow ranked by hours returned, with a build plan and a do-not-automate section. Anyone who has not yet tried the cheap end. Do the workshop first if you are unsure. $750
04 — AI Systems Implementation I build the top item from the Map. Real estate teams, brokerages, property managers — and operators outside real estate with the same handoff problem. A shipped, working system. Plus code, documentation, runbook, credentials, and training for the people who use it. Anyone without an Assessment. I will not quote a build off a conversation. Starting at $10,000
05 — Managed AI Operations I keep it running and keep changing it. Teams with something already shipped. Monitoring, fixes, new workflows, approval-queue oversight, and changes as the business changes. Anyone who has not shipped anything yet. There is nothing to manage. Starting at $2,500/month

Rungs 4 and 5 start where they start because scope is the variable, not the rate. The Assessment is what turns “starting at” into a number.

I have not yet run a paid implementation for an outside client. The first three are priced as founding engagements in exchange for permission to publish what happened — including if it goes badly.

WHAT IS FREE

The fit call costs nothing, and it has no report.

Thirty to sixty minutes, on video or over coffee. I ask what is eating your week, and I tell you which rung fits — including “none of them, go do this instead,” which happens more than you would think.

What it does not include: anything in writing, a workflow map, a ranked list, a cost model, system access, an on-site visit, or a proposal. That is the Assessment, it takes two weeks, and it costs $750.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

About the money.

01Why is there no range on the build price?

Because a range is a way of not answering. A build is priced from a scope, and the scope comes out of the Assessment. Quoting you $10,000 to $30,000 before I have seen your handoffs would be a guess dressed up as a number.

02Is the Assessment credited if I build with you?

Yes. The full $750 comes off the implementation if you start within 60 days. It is a deposit, not a toll.

03$750 for two weeks of work seems low. What is the catch?

There is not one, and you are right that it does not cover the time. It is priced deliberately below cost because I would rather have the map in your hands than protect my rate on the first thing we do together. The scope is the full two weeks either way.

04Do I have to do the workshop before you will build something?

No. They are two doors, not two steps. Plenty of people should only ever do one of them.

05What is the refund policy?

Kit: 30 days, no questions. Workshop: full refund up to 7 days before, seat transferable after that. Assessment: you get the Map regardless — if it is not useful, tell me and I will refund it. Builds: milestone-based, and you can stop between milestones.

06Is Managed AI Operations required after a build?

No. Handoff includes the code, the documentation, the runbook, and the credentials. If you never speak to me again it keeps running. Managed Ops is for teams who would rather it kept improving.

Not sure which rung?

That is exactly what the free call is for. Thirty to sixty minutes, and a straight answer — including that none of these fit.
